Being in a state of hypnosis is different for everyone.

What does it feel like when you are absorbed in an intriguing movie, going to a concert or riding your mountain bike or paddling your kayak or reading that novel curled up on the couch or driving down the highway and listening to awesome music and you almost miss your exit or fishing as you stare into the water and dream about who knows what?! Some people don’t feel anything except relaxed.

If you can answer these questions, then you’ll know what it’s like to feel hypnotized. Because it’s the same feeling. You are in a state of focused awareness and alert.

In our hypnosis offices, the emphasis is on relaxation while still being alert and interactive. Because hypnosis works below the level of the conscious mind, you can carry on conversations that you remember and allow your inner mind to reorganize itself while you are enjoying the benefits of relaxation. Your inner mind does all the heavy lifting.

People generally feel happy, focused, purposeful, lighter, freer and hopeful after the very first session because hypnosis works so fast.

Hypnosis is so effective and easy that people learn new habits just as quickly as they learned the old, unwanted ones. As humans, we are always learning and with practice we become even better, especially when we focus.

Being in hypnosis is a natural state of being for humans and when we use this natural state to intentionally focus on new habits, it is easy, reliable and very effective. Hypnosis can be used for just about anything from nail biting to fear of flying, from school performance to eliminating too much anxiety, anger or sadness.

Hypnosis is what people turn to when everything else has failed. Wouldn’t it be a great place to start so you don’t have to spend time, money and energy on everything else? If you answered yes, give yourself a hand!
